The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was conveniently located for my work. I thought the breakfast was a bit sparse, & the absence of an evening meal needed managing. There is a McDonald's close by, but one can only eat so many burgers.

Clean, modern hotel with fabulous staff. Although the hotel is not in central Amsterdam, the tram line is a short walk away. Since you're on the end of the line, there's no confusion about which line to take, and you're always guaranteed a seat at the start of the journey. Tram line takes you right into the centre in about 20 minutes, from where you can explore on foot.
First-class staff. Throughout our stay, every single member of staff we dealt with was friendly, courteous and professional - really impressed.

Grate transport connections and good facilities not much near property apart from McDonald’s and a garage McDonalds is busy and noisy on a night with the young ground and cars but hotel is clean friendly staff and helpful.

I have traveled extensively the last 30 years and have never been treated better by the hotel staff.
Two people at the front desk on each of the three shifts which our stay encompassed, and all of them were professional, personal, and visibly. Excited and happy to greet us and assist us in our many questions.
Simply an amazing staff, the hotel was clean and the price was considerably better than most.
