Hotel was about a 15 minute drive from the city center, and about a 10 minute walk to the metro station. It’s an affordable place to stay, and has decent amenities. Staff were very kind! Bed wasn’t the most comfortable.

Novotel Mardrid City was a great stay. The rooms are clean and on the newer side. Bathrooms were fully stocked and beds were very comfy. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and had plenty of everything for us to eat. The staff was very polite and helpful when we had any questions. The hotel is approx 15 mins from the airport, which was very convenient.

I arrived very late, around 11:30 PM, and requested a late checkout since the standard checkout time was 11:00 AM, but my request was denied.
Overall, the hotel was nice. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I chose this hotel because it was conveniently located near both the airport and my event venue. However, getting into the city via public transportation was inconvenient, so I had to rely on taxis for transportation.

The Novotel Madrid City Las Ventas is a beautiful, well-kept hotel featuring all the top amenities you could possibly need. As a solo traveler, I especially enjoyed relaxing by the fantastic outdoor pool area. The room was incredibly clean, spacious, and very comfortable throughout my stay. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff—everyone was exceptionally nice, welcoming, and helpful. I highly recommend staying here!

The hotel staff was excellent and the hotel well kept and modern. The only complaint is the air conditioning that was not very strong and the room was warm most of the time.
