Actually location is good ,but not properly clean room ,,

The good: Great location right on the Royal Mile with a lot of food options nearby. It is also just a 15-minute walk from the Airlink bus station (the shuttle to and from the airport). The bad: We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment with two adults and two kids. The apartment is tiny—only one person can fit in the kitchen area at a time, and there is absolutely no room for four people to sit and have breakfast.

Second visit and still good Life the location and the room set up. Will stay again in the future

We had a great time at the hotel

This is an aparthotel directly on the Royal Mile, walking distance to everything. It was clean, reasonably spacious, and the kitchen was functional. There were a few things that did not work as intended but nothing we couldn't work around. It was expensive for what you get, but you're paying for the location.

Pros: good location on the Royal Mile, good sized room, full size fridge, washing and drying facilities on site a reasonable price to use, breakfast was pretty decent as an inclusion in my package. Cons: some maintenance needed (toilet roll holder half hanging off the wall, air conditioning in room was pathetic - unable to adjust colder, didn’t cool the room at all and had to sleep with window open and loud street noise. The air conditioned gym was colder than my room! Bed was so hard and uncomfortable to sleep on.

The room had everything i needed and the location was right on the Royal Mile. It could not have been better.

People were very helpful. My room was clean. Breakfast was varied.

Great location! And having laundry onsite was wonderful. Staff was very friendly!

Convenient location, newer, hotel, excellent Aircon, laundry facilities, small market next to reception for last minute sundries, and TWO WORKING LIFTS! The only con, if I have to give one, is the Murphy bed is a little noisy while trying to sleep. Even though the hotel is located on the Royal Mile, we didn’t find the road noise all that bothersome.
