A really great stay at this hotel, really easy to get around with 2 metro’s near, and plenty of buses. The pool is a great little addition, and is very well maintained (the whole hotel was really). Food was also very good, and breakfast was excellent, everything was always available. Staff are very nice despite not speaking a lot of English. The room was very clean, and the bed very comfy, great nights sleep. Housekeeping was also very friendly! Would recommend this hotel.

Everything about the hotel was good. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. The restaurant had a good menu we really enjoyed ourselves. The bedroom was a little outdated but very clean and caused us no issues at all with comfy beds. However we were told by Expedia we could pay on arrival at the hotel. I sent my share of the cost to my sister but was charged through my bank account in uk currency. My sister arrived at the hotel after we were charged and we were promised a refund after she paid in Euros. As promised I was refunded but in Euros which meant I lost £33 in the exchange. Expedia sent messages and I also spoke to a human who said we could pay at the hotel. Nobody has been able to help me before and after this problem. Very disappointing.

とても良い Good, nice and clean hotel. I feel the air circulation in the room wasn't too good, mostly I believe because there are no vents in the bathroom and windows that can be open. Rather than that, no issues. Breakfast was excellent with many options to choose from; really like the kefir.

Great stay whilst attending an event at the location. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, with great hospitality. The breakfast offered a large range of options and all food and drinks were great.

Swimming pool was not available despite it being included in the booking. Apparently the pool is not available until 1st June (summer season) even though our final day was 31st May.
Also the fridge did not work in the room and they couldn't fix it either.

Easy to get to just off the circular road. Parking was easy in the underground carpark.
Metro stop around the corner.

Rooms were clean, bed comfortable. Garage was available which was great since we had a car.
