Our group arrived in the middle of a heatwave - rooms on the 2nd and 4th floor were great, but it never got below 27 degrees with the ac running, in room 701.
Location-wise, it is brilliant, close to everything and easy to get around the old town. Check-in and check-out was straightforward.

Modern, clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Close to the train station and a few minutes walk to central historic Valencia and shopping. This was a great find!

When you think of "premium flats" or apartments, they typically have more amenities like an oven to cook your own food or a washer & dryer. You also expect good security in the building, but in this case someone kept blocking the door to keep it open, even though just one block away were homeless people sleeping on the street. What's the point of having a door security code if it is blocked open? I removed the door stopper that was keeping it open, but it would invariably return. As others have written, there is lots of noise from other guests in the hallway.

Really nice place. great location. If i had to pick one thing to improve on it would be there was no full length mirror but that’s me being really picky. Would recommend staying here every day of the week.

最高 We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The checking was smooth. Kudos for having staff available at the wee hours we arrived from the airport. The apartment was spotless and cozy. Plenty of places around for breakfast and lunch. We recommend this place if you don't mind staying outside of Madrid's lively center.

The apartment was immaculate and great location for everything. We booked the airport transfer offered by the property however when we got to the transfer it was just a taxi which the driver preceded to charge us more instead of the agreed cost just to scam us.
Guests in the apartment above were noisy late at night, lots of stomping around and moving furniture but for our 2 night stay it was manageable. We’d stay there again if we returned to Valencia.
