Good location but rooms are small

The hotel room wasn’t too bad. How ever, the room doesn’t have a bathroom. The bathroom and shower are far away in the hallway.

Pros: comfortable bed and pillows; thick towels; lots of hot water and good water pressure for showers; good air conditioning; room safe and refrigerator; nice and helpful staff; many restaurants and convenience stores nearby - including Chinese and American options (McDonald’s and Popeye’s Chicken); very close to Taipei Main Station. Con: there was a bad odor in the hallway and rooms the first two nights.

Good location because it is right next to Taipei Main Station. Also lots of shops nearby. This hotel is not that expensive. The property smells stale and musty throughout. It’s like there’s no proper ventilation. Shower has black mould. Also lots of dust near the sink. My sink also did not drain properly. I went to use the dehumidifier but it was completely full and had not been emptied. There was also mould in the water, so who knows how long it has been in there. The aircon is so loud that it woke me up. It randomly makes these loud cracking noises so it definitely needs servicing. I don’t think I would stay here again.

Location was good and very accessible from the main station. Within 15 minutes walk to just about any place you would need. Room was clean with centrally controlled AC. Managed to get it cold for the most part. I think they upgraded my room to one with a larger bed. Which was nice. They had free water & towels in the room. The public spaces needs more ventilation as there was some foul odor which lasted quite a while. Had a nice open space for work/ eating. The toilet is away from the shower area. So plan to do your business and dress up to walk to the shower. Haha. Overall a good place to stay if you're on a budget and need a private room.

Shopping every where . Secure area . Easy transport to travel. I will stay again when I visit Taiwan.
