One of the best locations that one could ask for if you want to be steps away from Fisherman’s Wharf and things happening down the pier! Room was a nice size but the bathroom could have used a little more TLC — especially the shower where one could see some stains had set in over time. Staff was very helpful and friendly! Valet parking was an option, but didn’t use it and parked across the street in a lot for 70% cheaper. Would stay here again as long as price was below $300 per night.

Bed , pillows and bedding was very comfy! Staff very friendly and accommodating. Location was walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf, great restaurants and cruise terminal!

The room was clean ana bed was comfortable. Staff was very nice. There was noise coming from AC unit that I had to wear ear plugs.
I called the front desk but noise continue.
Biggest issue. Is that there was an additional charge of $168 dollars that I was told Expedia charges you but is not in the original amount that charge your credit card.
Overall I will give this service a 3. Be careful when you make your reservation and read the fine print

とても良い Very clean room, excellent location and incredibly friendly staff. They lack the requested amenities which was very disappointing. We were to get a bottle of wine with the room but never did. Prior to arrival we arranged for champagne and fruit/cheese platter in the room for my daughters 21st birthday but this did not happen. Nor were we charged, but pretty disappointing.

If you want to be in the heart of it all and comfortable while you stay, stay here. It's the only place I'll stay in the area. Fantastic staff, top notch facility and a great location. What else do you need?
