とても良い Really lovely hotel and friendly staff, my only drawback from giving 5* was on a couple of occasions the disabled access door was locked by key and couldn’t use the power button to let you in, otherwise it would have got top marks. The breakfast team were really helpful and it was a lovely hot & fresh. The room was spacious and really roomie for a wheelchair user. Would definitely book again the next time I’m in Birmingham

とても良い Lovely hotel, very clean and alovely breakfast. Only criticism was that the bar was pretty dead. No music or joyful staff to entice people in. Overall a good hotel.

最高 Lovely hotel, nice and clean. Friendly staff. Great location, close to Mailbox, Canals, New Street Station, and not too far if you want to go to the Bull Ring. Overall a very pleasant stay.

For a premuim priced hotel, we had a few basic problems we didn't expect (broken shower head, no coffee/milk provided in the room, no shower mat etc. etc), but these were mostly resolved when we raised them. We didn't try breakfast which we felt was very overpriced, but dinner in the hotel was very good and good value.

It’s pretty good. Centrally located, close to everything Ozzy (🤘), walkable from the train station and all around good spot. One bit of advice, go eat at Rosa’s Thai spot nearby! Yeah, I get it, why go to Birmingham to eat Thai? I’m telling you, I go to Thailand for work all the time and this place is legit!!! It’s the best Thai food that I’ve had outside of Bangkok or Chiang Mai! And I’m from NYC where we have legit Thai food as well and Rosa’s is spot on!
