Nice hotel stayed here on numerous occasions when visiting family in Birmingham, close to town and new street station 5/10 minute walk, close to canals and leisure facilities 5 minute walk. Hotel bright, clean and pleasant staff. Breakfast good selection be better with egg choice fried or poached over just scrambled but good start to the day.

Room was clean, staff were great. Any issues I did have were swiftly sorted and resolved. Really nice place to stay and 10 mins walk from new street station. Breakfast is a standard buffet style and really pleasant.

Clean hotel, a.c. Is not powerful.

This hotel was perfect for our stay. Close to New Street station on foot as well as to the city centre and restaurants you may need. Accommodation we couldn’t fault. Breakfast was great and included in the price we paid!! We definitely will stay here again!! Thank you ☺️

Nicely refurbed and quiet (given where it is located). Curtains needed attention in 306 as could not close them fully as damaged. Air con certainly needed attention as it was set to 19 and it was not 19 in that room (more like 26) and the temperature could not be adjusted downwards and on such a hot night. But stay very convenient and pleasant, would stay again and good location for bars/restaurants etc

Good option - close to amenities and international centre

I had a very enjoyable stay and was happy with the overall experience. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day. My room was clean, tidy, and well maintained, which made it comfortable and relaxing. The shower had great water pressure and the temperature was perfect, making it easy to unwind after a long day. I also appreciated that the air conditioning was already working before I entered the room, so it was cool and comfortable from the moment I arrived. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Their excellent service made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Overall, everything met my expectations, from the cleanliness and comfort to the quality of the breakfast and the attentive service. I would happily stay here again and would recommend this hotel to others looking for a pleasant and comfortable experience.

The hotel's in a great spot, right in the center for Broad Street, the train station, and the Bull Ring. Check-in was quick, and lucky for me, the room was ready early. The staff are friendly, and there's a good breakfast selection

All good as had stayed here previously but ac didnt work. I was in a rush so didnt report which is my fault not the hotels.
