Everyone there was so warm and welcoming!! Friendly environment, food was good! Kids friendly! Great experience❤️ Marcel at the front desk extended the warmest welcome, I really appreciate you guys!

This property is super close to everything, but it really needs an overhaul. It looks and feels like it was built in the 80s and hasn't had any updates sense. The staff were good and helped when needed. There was no mention that the 2nd pool was closed. The air isn't cool at all no matter what temp you put it on and there is minimal lighting and only 1 seat in the room.

Based on the Hilton brand and the price of my stay, I expected a more upscale experience than what I received. The rooms themselves felt dated and did not reflect the elevated experience I expected from a Hilton oceanfront resort. As it relates to fees: A $25 daily resort fee was an unexpected additional fee. Parking is also an additional cost, $35/day and it’s across the street. valet is $50.00; however, the service from the valet attendants were exceptional. Solicitors also stuck flyers under my hotel door on more than one occasion which made me feel unsafe as a single traveller. What was most frustrating was reviewing my final bill and realizing how much the overall cost of the stay had increased due to valet parking, taxes, and additional fees. While I understand that taxes are unavoidable, the combination of these extra charges significantly increased the total amount I paid compared to what I initially budgeted for when booking. Had I known the true all-in cost upfront, I likely would have chosen another property that offered a more complete package and accommodations that better matched the price point.

Beach view

The hotel definitely needs an upgrade, our tub was rusted and leaking, and no microwave Everything is an additional expense, breakfast, parking, etc. There are no balconies, you can open the sliding glass door but no room to sit on it. The staff was excellent and the convenience to the convention center are the only positives

The room was clean, view was amazing! All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

Place isn’t maintained and customers service very rude..

Hotel was awesome! But with the amount of people that use your resort, you GOT to have all the elevators going all the time. 2 broke lifts out of 4 with all those people was pretty bad. Long lines of wet bodies waiting to get to their rooms.

The staff person who checked us in was excellent. We stayed in room 1420 and the there was no body wash dispenser in the shower, but there was one over the sink. There was no shampoo in the shower dispenser. The elevators were inoperable during heavy usage when they were needed most.
