Great location. Clean!

There were no body wash in our bathroom. The tv kept cutting off in the slight chance of rain. It was very disappointing. The breakfast bar was tasteless. There were no butter for the pancakes and it was nasty. The bacon was burnt

The staff was nice, accommodating, and friendly. The air conditioning didn't work and so I called down to change rooms and she said something on the phone but I couldn't understand her because she had a strong accent. I went downstairs and she said by the time we go upstairs t air conditioning will be running like I said on the phone. So we went upstairs to get a new room but they gave us a room where someone was already in it, but then the air conditioner was working. The next day it stopped working before our checkout. Supposedly they have some sort of timer where it doesn't turn on unless you've been checked in and it takes maybe 15 minutes after you've opened the room before the air conditioning will turn off. There was a rip in our sheets but they decided to keep the sheets on anyway. The eggs in the breakfast were warm not hot and the cinnamon rolls were cold and hard. We had to ask for syrup and it seems like they were overwhelmed in keeping up with the buffet. It was nice enough and we had plenty to eat. The room was clean. The shower didn't have much pressure and it wasn't hot. There's no swimming pool or hot tub. The TV was smart enough to where I could do screen sharing and watch what I wanted rather than the cable that's provided. It was not a smart TV though with login abilities. There was a nice refrigerator in the room, ice around the corner, but no microwave. The lobby was nice and you could sit in there if you'd like. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place.

There was a weird atmosphere and very unprofessional. I have stayed in holiday inn express for over 20 years traveling and go there for constant clean beautiful hotels but this was a 2 out of 10! Don’t stay here!

The facility was very clean and the staff was polite and friendly.

Service was amazing. Breakfast was hot. The rooms were clean. They don’t have too much amenities, no pool but the treatment and employees are excellent so I give a A+ to this place. If anybody is looking for aplace to stay close to the I-95 this is an amazing place to stay.

My one-night stay was most enjoyable. Having a clean, comfortable place to stay and a free breakfast before checking out made my stay an excellent experience!

Breakfast was fine.. Unfortunately, the location of the hotel was not appealing at all. Econolodge and Holiday Inn have same entrance. You actually have to drive through the Econolodge’s property to get to Holiday Inn. It is a very run down hotel, old cars/trash on property, terrible potholes throughout drive. Felt uneasy staying there, due to Econolodges conditions. Also, my husband was showering the morning of check out. The shower floor, was extremely slick and he fell. Severe bruising n 3 areas on his arm and back. I recommend that you put slip pads in your showers..

Breakfast and internet were fine

The room appeared clean with a spot of mold in the tub/shower and it was very slippery. The refrigerator made a popping sound on and off throughout the night. The breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and informative. The location is a little isolated with heavy I-95 traffic noise.
