Stayed many times,very helpful with stay from staff

Clean room, staff helped when the card key was not working or I thought I left my card key in my room. Location was central to bars, food outlets and 10 minutes walk from Piccadilly trainstation. Lifts were slightly tempermental going past your floor going down other then that worth its money to stay

this is a very good hotel for the price. the location is excellent and although the rooms are basic there is nothing really to complain about. comfortable bed, the shower worked well. there was luggage space, tea and coffee making facilities, good television and again a brilliant location.

It’s what it says on the tin. For £40 a night, it’s a warm, dry bed, with a tv, a shower and a toilet. What else do you need! Staff were very friendly, they have a tough job, but if you’re respectful to them they will help you in any way they can. Check in was simple, just remember your ID, and check out was straightforward. It’s not the ritz, but it’s just what you need if you’re looking for somewhere cheap to crash for the night.

Need some refurbishment

The location was in Greater Manchester is perfect , tourists around and amenities . Nice and cool stay . Thanks indeed

Weather was really hot and the hotel has no air con. There was a fan in the room but it was still uncomfortable and to warm to sleep

Awful customer service

A lack of aircon during a 30C heatwave meant the room was stiflingly hot all night, with just an electric fan to try and cool things down (unsuccessfully).

No air conditioning working and had to ask for towels which I didn't realise!!
