We had a nice time there and good location. Communication in lead up was poor. The same messages were sent to us multiple times. We weren’t communicated to about the road closure that made the venue inaccessible. We also weren’t told where the fob for parking gate was located and it was not in a logical location. Finally, on waking up in the morning, a mouse had eaten the cover of a book we left on the lounge coffee table. Nice stay and location but communication and rodent problem.

We had a two bedroom apartment which was very pokey. Lots of little issues like the pipes squeal everytime you turn hot water? Found a dirty tray in the oven and a pot in the cupboard woth water in the bottom. Location is good but construction right next door is noisy. Overall it was a very average stay.

Location is fantastic if you want to stay south-side. The room was OK, definitely showing its age a bit, but the hand towel had some weird red stains on it when I checked in. Thankfully the team replaced the towels with new ones almost right away. So while it wasn't clean, they remedied the problem straight away.

Loved the spacious apartment which was fully equipped for a short stay. Very close to good transport links but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Great bars within easy walking distance. Would stay here again.

The staff is very friendly. The location is amazing, close to everything. The rooms are clean and tidy. The apartment needs some maintenance.

Apartment on the 24th floor - Ivy building. Apartment was clean, bed was very comfortable, all amenities in there including washing machine/tumble dryer and dishwasher (powder supplied for both washing machine and dishwasher) Some marks etc on the walls and carpet, could do with a little update in that sense but our stay for 4 nights was extremely comfortable, and I would stay again. Reviews mention construction works that are happening. They are loud, and do start early, however for us that wasn’t an issue, we were out all day whilst they were happening and we are usually awake around 6am anyway, so it wasn’t something that spoiled our stay. We were also on the 24th floor so it wasn’t as loud as it could have been. Overall I would recommend, great location!

Incredible value for money, most convenient location with the bus & train stations being a short walk away & lots of food options nearby.

Great city views, especially at night. Check in was very good, with happy , efficient staff.
