Excellent location and across the road from Central Station. Perfectly good room. Only access to the lobby is up approx 8 steps which is difficult with a heavy suitcase. There is a small platform stairlift for wheelchair access but certainly not a very accessible place as you require to ask reception to use the stair lift. It is a heritage building hence steps up from street. All level once you are inside. I would stay here again but not if I was requiring a wheelchair or struggled with stairs.

Great place to stay.Close to transport and shopping. Short walk to the river walk and Kangaroo Point bridge. Great coffee nearby and excellent pub meals across the road at the Grand Central Hotel.

We were on level 3 corner facing Central Station.
The road noise made it difficult to get a good nights sleep.
The property and room was as advertised.

I would have liked to be made aware of parking as an extra cost before booking. Otherwise great experience with friendly and helpful staff. Valet parking though is a concern for larger cars.
