Es war sehr schlecht, die Zimmer sind sehr alt und schmutzig. Es gab jeden Tag Probleme mit heißem Wasser, du kannst nicht duschen, weil es sehr oft kein heißes Wasser gab. Als Sie sich in der Rezeption beschwert haben, sagten sie: »Ja, wir verstehen Sie", aber nichts hat geholfen. Mit einem Wort war das Hotel sehr, sehr schlecht

Öncelikle konum itibariyle iyi bir yerde, ama onun dışında temizlik konusunda çok kötü ( 4 gün içinde bir tuvalet kağıdı istememe rağmen getirmediler), personel çok yetersiz, oda kapısı kırıktı, banyo da hiç bir temizlik ürünü yoktu, temizlik hiç yapılmadi, kahvaltı çok yetersizdi, aile ve çiftlere önermem, sadece bir gece konaklamak ve çıkmak için olabilir, daha iyi yerlere bakın

Excellent no complaints

Check in was fine but they only gave us one set of keys. The room was very spacious but it had a weird smell, sort of musty. The room was super hot and when you opened the 'windows' it was just dark (maybe it faced a wall, they were too high to reach out). Had to ask for bottled water, and other amenities such as toothbrush, shampoo, toilet paper and towels which should have been provided already (toothbrush not so much). Breakfast was fine but nothing special. When we went for breakfast on the 2nd day at around 10 (closes 10:30) we asked for some basics as there were none such as butter, orange juice and something sweet, the woman just replied 'oh my god' in the local language which seemed a bit rude, but she checked anyway and they didn't have anything. Considering it was £35 a night which is quite cheap but not so much for Baku, I felt like the price is based on location. Right in the city centre and near the boulevard.

The stay was really good. A pleasant friendly environment. Location is also good. A very budget friendly hotel with all necessity available.
