central located , cooperative staff , their ratescwere higher once i compared nearby hotels , i paid 80$ extra for room upgradation as std room was too small and in bad shape for two

Exactly as advertised-cozy. Rooms are comfortable armchairs and desktop area. İt is the perfect place to work and drink wine on a chilly evening.

The ultimate hotel for long stays. The complimentary Azerbaijan tea was very delicious. The service is traditional and very respectful.
