Room was cleaned everyday while i was there, i liked that.

Clean rooms. Safe location. Excellent breakfast

Overall not bad. Room was not as described, I book two queen bed rooms but got two full size bed. Room was clean when I checked in, we stayed for six days, got Room cleaning service on the third day and 4th day. Airport Shuttle was reliable for both pickup and drop off. Breakfast was great 👍 Staff were helpful especially the kitchen staff.

We booked this location because it was close to an event that we were going to, we also chose it because they had an impressive looking breakfast that was included with the hotel stay. The reason why I did not give it. Five stars was because I felt like their front doors were a little too delayed, and I didn’t like standing in front of them waiting for them to open for as long as I did, they should get better door sensors, I would say it’s double the time of the average door

Breakfast included was delicious and a really nice perk! Hotel is close distance to alot of activities, including racing, CF Polo Park Mall, Cineplex and arcades. Staff were very accommodating a polite. Pool area was fun, clean and has a nice splash pad area for small children to enjoy. Room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable. Sofa bed could use a new mattress, but we made the best of it with extra blankets and pillows provided by staff. JOLLIBEE'S is an 8 minutes walk away(straight down Ellice - in the mini mall area behind McDonalds)-- it's delicious and highly recommended to try!! Would definitely stay again.
