良い I expected based on the description that there was a breakfast-not. Apparently because is attached to adjacent Denny’s restaurant.
One of the 2 wall conditioning units would not even turn on-this is the middle of heat season.
The shuttle from the airport was confusing and I received no immediate response from the hotel. Apparently, the Information booth at the airport has some secret/direct connection that didn’t work for me.
My daughter flew from London UK with her infant son and connected in Ottawa for flight to Winnipeg. The shuttle driver was very pleasant but she literally could have dropped us off at our airport hotel in 5 minutes rather than driving way out of our way and then having to double back so she could drop off a couple of pilots for a regional airline. So, in total this would have wasted a good hour of our time for the 4 of us but especially the mother and infant who had travelled from the UK the same day

とても良い The hotel was clean but the air conditioner was very loud. The room got very warm without it on. Also, the pool can be a bit tricky to get to, and there are no chairs in the pool area to put your towels or clothes on while swimming. Otherwise, a nice hotel with ample parking, close to restaurants and stores.

とても良い This property is aging and not well. The front entrance stinks if stale smoke and the front smoking area is appalling. I agree smoking is disgusting but seems there is a strong presence here and the hotel should be cleaning daily and address this. I have attached pictures.

とても良い The property was decent but dated. The air conditioning in the room was not maintained and the carpet in the stairwells needed replacement as they were repaired with duct tape and had a lot of stains. The staff was helpful but found myself waiting in line often before being served.
