Amazing property. Food was good spa and water was amazing. The hotel personnel were so nice and helpful and kind. Loved it.

Very disappointing stay. This hotel charges five star prices but delivers a three star experience at best. The property is old and poorly maintained, and the staff were consistently rude and dismissive whenever we needed help. Our room key stopped working two days in a row, and the front desk acted as if it was no big deal. At checkout, another guest had the exact same issue, and the staff simply laughed it off. The breakfast buffet was terrible. The cold cuts appeared spoiled, there were bugs around the food, and the overall smell was unpleasant. At the pool, there were never any towels available. We waited 45 minutes for clean ones. We also tried to move a lounge chair, and it literally fell apart because the wheels were no longer properly attached. To top it all off, we were charged for a minibar soft drink that we never took. By that point, I was so fed up that I didn’t even argue. I just wanted to leave. I’m a very laid back traveler, and this is the first negative hotel review I’ve ever written. I normally overlook small inconveniences, but for the price this hotel charges, the experience was unacceptable. I would not recommend Royal Corin to anyone expecting a true five star luxury hotel.

I usually don’t get involved with reviews but I must warn tourists that if you want to enjoy your vacation PLEASE stay elsewhere. The place is really close to the streets that its very difficult to get proper rest when you can hear all the traffic and not to mention the music from the lobby!!! The staff was helpful and friendly but that’s it! I reserved here because it had good reviews but trust me, please look elsewhere!!!

I wasn’t aware the pool was hot so that was a bummer. Otherwise the staff was great, we were greeted with a refreshing drink and towel.

Staff was absolutely incredible! They were amazing. Loved the free breakfast. Rooms were spacious and clean.

After a recent visit to La Fortuna, my friends and I stayed at the Royal Corin. I initially set up transportation with the resort via expedia messaging. They accidently sent the wrong driver. We got a taxi instead. However, as soon as we got to the resort everyone was so nice and apologetic. They immediately took care of us. The resort was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. It was a calm resort and several couples and small groups. Our room was so pretty and spacious. The daily free breakfast was delicious. The pools were so warm and the jacuzzi was amazing. Pool food was very good as well. We had dinner at their restaurant Lava and it was gorgeous and provided the most spectacular volcano view. The food was very delicious. I have no complaints about this resort! it was such a treat to stay here! Unfortunately I do not remember everyone's name but every staff member here was beyond kind. The front desk, the man that took our luggage upstairs and greeted us when we arrived, the restaurant, pool bar. Some of the nicest people ever! Thank you so much for your hospitality and making us feel so welcomed.
