とても良い子どもと滞在
Hotel is really in a good area. We rent a car so driving out to the attractions weren’t too far from us at all. There are 6 pools/hot tubs to dip in and my son loves them all. My cleaning lady is so nice she made the elephant towel for us and she cleaned the room so well. The hotel is under renovation so some noise woke us up in the morning most of the time but overall we are happy with them. If we come back to La Fortuna in the future, we will definitely stay with them again.

Huge blood stain on the sheet, since the stain is in both sheet and mattress, it seems they did not change last person's sheet at all. During breakfast, flies were all over the place, including the tong and omelet station.

The room and view were gorgeous ! Pool was nice. However, the hot tubs were very hot ( juts a little warm ). Everything else was perfect !

I have to say Costa Rica on a whole is a very clean country, the hotel was the same . Very clean and helpful and pleasant staff. We only got breakfast, but the food was good and always on time.
There’s no night life at the hotel or around the area and shop closes 10pm latest . A very quiet stay and more sounds of wildlife and nature .
Saw many types of pretty birds at the compound and great view of the volcano.

Me encantó el hotel, creo que es el mejor en su localización y con lo que ofrece. El desayuno es riquísimo y el staff es muy amable. Además, tienes la vista al Volcán Arenal en algunas habitaciones.

Staff very oriented to the customer satisfaccion. Outdoor pool and jacuzzis very well maintained and fantastic for relax and confort. Hotel has an amazing views. Highly recommended!
