Was visiting NYC for a conference and so glad I picked LUMA! Location was very central and super easy to go anywhere with all the subway lines nearby. Staff were super helpful anytime I needed something too. Will be back!

最高 Great stay in Times Square! Perfect location, close to all the things but was quiet in the room. Two king beds was awesome for family vacation. Would definitely stay there again. We went to the dosa place next door three times, it was so delicious!

The Luma Hotel was one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Between the amazing staff, the clean comfortable rooms, and the location - we couldn’t have picked a more perfect hotel. We will definitely be staying there again!

Our stay was wonderful! We were high up so we didn't hear any noise at all. There was a white noise machine provided if you did like that. Always clean even if we were just gone for a quick breakfast, our room would be clean when we got back. Great friendly service.

Perfectly located. 5 minute walk in one direction and your in time square. The other direction your in Rockefeller center. But the street is quiet and out of the craziness.
Hotel staff went above and beyond to be pleasant and helpful. Also this was one of few hotels that offers a room with 2 kings. Breakfast and dinner were good too. It was just what we needed and more.

My only gripe was difficulty accessing the Blink Fitness location next door - access code on a printed piece of paper, too many digits to input, and even after following instructions to the letter, I still could not get in. The concierge tried, too, several times on my phone, and it didn't work for him either. He admitted that the current access method does not work for many guests.
Would I stay there again? Yes. But I'd check the gym situation before booking. Or look on the app PureGym.

Excellent customer service. Staff was kind, helpful and welcoming . Very clean. Great location. Beds comfortable room quiet. Nice shower/amenities.
