良い Although it is centrally located in the central business district, this means you are exposed to pubs and bars that remain open well after 2 AM, so it is quite noisy in the early morning hours. The rooms are beyond small, I would describe them more as tiny. If only for one night, it’s probably OK. But I would not stay at this ma location again.

良い The rooms are extremely small. The door to the bathroom and shower area requires sliding a door nearly the size of a full wall and cuts off the closet and sink, bathroom and shower from the rest of the room. Very awkward set up. Extremely noisy especially after 2:00 am. I would not stay there again

とても良い Thes staff were fabulous and the general service excellent. The in room TV and connectivity was disappointing with interrupted streaming, and at time intermittent free to air TV. We had busy days and used room service which was also great. The direct access to the mall and Southbank was our reason for selecting this hotel and served us very well for convenience and easy for our city holiday!

最高 Location of the property was what I liked the most. The room was very clean and have all what you need for a 2 nights stay. The only down point was a bit noisy at night from people at the street, we could hear them even at the 8 floor.

After a long overnight flight I arrived at the lovely Hyatt Regency where the excellent staff checked me in to my room early. Perfect location. Extremely helpful team. Well designed room. Highly recommended

Nice and clean friendly staff. We got a free upgrade. Shopping carpark underneath which is discounted by Hyatt. So convenient right in the Queen Street Mall. Central to everything. We had stayed there a couple of times and will definitely staying there again
