The staff courtesy was very helpful!

Excellent hotel, located within walking distance to the Zócalo and the many places of interest. Breakfast was Excellent and of course was very helpful. Not the hotel fault but had no water for couple hours, city was working down the street. Would recommend this hotel

I felt welcomed the moment I walked into the hotel. Staff greeted me and assisted me with my bags. The staff was also helpful in navigating the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable to sleep in. The continental breakfast was good, offering a different authentic morning dish along with its typical foods like yogurt, fresh fruits and vegetables, waffles, pastries, cereals, and oatmeal. The location of the hotel is in a good location, not too close to the Zocalo, but an easy walk.

Muy cerca de Zócalo y Palacio de Bellas Artes. No me gustaron las almohadas. Siempre amanecía con dolor de cabeza

Friendly, very polite all staff and specially the breakfast helpers were very helpful!

For me the best part of this hotel was the central location, right near to the main square (Zocalo) in the historic center, the staff were extremely nice and helpful, thankful for them and their kindness throughout our stay! The rooms/hotel itself is quite dated, and the rooms/bathroom I was in could use updating and renovations. Overall would recommend, and was a decent short stay.

Clean rooms and areas friendly staff breakfast can be little better .
