Great staff

Tatiana from breakfast was just excellent and very kind. And olso, Sherif from reception was very kind and helpful

This was a great property in an excellent location, walking distance to everything I wanted to do as a first-time tourist (including the ferry to Toronto Island). It’s very close to a grocery store as well as St. Lawrence Market. In addition, I liked that it was close to Union Station. I ate at the restaurant when I arrived, and it was very good. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

Great location for an event at the Scotiabank Arena!

There were supposed to be robes in the room according to the website. The staff helpful when we needed extra seating. They were pleasant to deal with. The bed was uncomfortable and creaky.

Hotel in excellent location, very central and convenient for walking from Union station. Close to downtown attractions and the waterfront. Large room with comfy bed, liked the kettle for making drinks which is more convenient than just a coffee machine.

Family had a good all round experience

We stayed 3 nights and had an amazing experience. The staff interaction with us was friendly and responsive . All areas were super clean. We truly enjoyed the breakfast buffets with their happy and smiling servers. We also visited the pool and enjoyed it as well as the hot tub. The towels were plentiful , and the pool water warm and clean, just like the hotel and staff. The location was outstanding as we enjoyed tons of activities within minutes of walking distance. Very quiet neighborhood. We will definitely return and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to our many friends. Thank you again for the wonderful memories.

We stayed for 6 nights, a family with 2 teenagers. The hotel is in a great location easy to get to Union Station and Old Town/Downtown. Room was lovely, roomy, quiet and very clean. We used the pool and hot tub daily and it was really good too. Best thing was the buffet breakfast, great selection and coffee and the lovely restaurant staff..Anna/Roberto and the team. Nothing was too much trouble and they were so friendly and kind. Reception and other staff were really polite and welcoming too. A fantastic trip.
