We were very satisfied with our choice for lodging. The location is perfect! It is one of the closest hotels to the main ave for shopping and dining. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. The rooms were very quiet, we never heard any outside noise. We highly recommend!

We had a great stay at the Ptarmigan Inn. The location is perfect, with easy walking access to downtown Banff and all the local shops, restaurants, and attractions. It was an excellent base for exploring the area.
The rooms were clean, quiet, and well presented, with a practical layout and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were lovely, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout our visit.
The only minor improvement would be updating the in-room power outlets and charging options, as they felt a little dated. Overall, this was a very enjoyable stay, and we would happily return.
