I recently stayed in Hotel Florence for 6 nights with my family and I must say I was impressed. We booked two double deluxe rooms which were clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The rooms were immaculate and the beds really comfy. Breakfast was included which was amazing. The homemade cakes were delicious and the dining area was light and airy. The location was perfect. A stone throws away from the shopping mall and the tram station made it ideal. Place Massena was walking distance away as was the beach. What made the stay special was the staff. Super friendly and helpful, always greeted us with a smile. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location.

I had a great time as a solo traveller, the hotel staff were really helpful and it all felt really safe and welcoming. When there was a small problem with my room, as soon as I let the receptionist know, she immediately offered to either fix the problem or move me to a new room. Customer service was absolutely fabulous and so was the new room!! The only thing that I would say is that the furnishings and furniture in the original room on the 5th floor were worn and seemed quite old. The location was great, right by the tram stop for Jean Médecin and only a few minutes walk to Place Massena. The street that the hotel is on was nice too, there is a good Carrefour express two minutes walk away as well!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was good - in between the train station and old town. Unfortunately, the A/C didn’t work in our room when we were there which made it uncomfortable. I didn’t hear anyone else having issues so it may have just been our room. They did try to correct the problem but we’re not successful while we were there.

Very good location that is easy to access. Friendly staff, feel safe and supported. We stay there for 7 nights. Definitely will recommend for friends to come to Nice.

Great location! It was close to all the main attractions, the water and train. This was excellent! Here are some things that weren’t so great; - we arrived in a heatwave and were informed that we had to turn the air conditioning on! This was a surprise, you would think the room would be prepared for this - the walls are very thin. We could hear the people stomping above us morning and night - we took the stairs all the time. I don’t believe it was ever cleaned because the same paper was on the floor the entire time - the only time anyone greeted us was when we checked in and out - we only had our room cleaned once, our choice, and when we did they only made the bed, the dirty glasses and empty water bottles were not cleaned or removed - at the entrance they have water with lime and lemons. This water was never refilled and almost empty. I bring this up because fruit flies were swarming it. I will try to attach a photo .

Staff very friendly, room comfortable, clean. Hotel only 15mns walk from the 'old Nice' which is a must see, lots to see.

Nice location for accessing Old Town Nice and transportation. Quiet area and everything is walkable. Would have liked to see breakfast added as part of the daily fare. Otherwise I’d stay again.
