We arrived early and was able to leave our luggage at the hotel until regular checkin time.

Overall, it was pretty good. Check-in was supposed to be at 3pm. We arrived at about 230pm in hopes the room was ready it was not, but that was understandable. They started the check-in process for us anyway tonget the ball rolling and gave us a key to use the elevator to the pool/bar area while we waited. It was beautiful with a lovely view. A few minutes after 3pm we went back down to see if the room was ready. There was a pretty long line of people checking in, so I got in line and waited. It went fairly quickly for the amount of people. By 330pm it was my turn to complete check-in and get into our room, but unfortunately the room was still not ready. So the desk lady told us she would call when it was ready. We decided to wait in the lobby. She finally called at about 4pm and we got into our room. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and very apologetic. The only reason for the 4 star review is because of the wait to get into our room.

The Good: Beautiful modern hotel with a friendly staff. Located withing walking distance of a bakery and other restaurants. Rooms are large and free WiFi included. They will store your luggage while you go explore the town of room is not ready. The Not So Good: Air conditioning kept the room just above tepid at best. No ice machines or beverage machines, everything must be retrieved from the restaurant. Shower doesn't drain so you have to stand in a pool of water. They provide free water bottles that is kept in a room fridge that doesn't work, so it's warm. They provide bath towels bit no wash cloths. Close to the airport but no airport shuttle is available. It wasn't horrible, but for the money we paid, I probably wouldn't stay again.

Very noisy, small and very uncomfortable rooms!

Great family room - it was quiet and comfortable. The location is far from the sites but there’s easy access to the mass transit system. The rooftop pool and bar was dominated by rowdy partygoers and it wasn’t easy to find a family friendly area to enjoy the main amenity that we were most looking forward to. The books in the lobby/restaurant area were really cool.

The fitness center need better ventilation it too humid
