とても良い Location was great and the room was clean and comfortable. I was a little disappointed with the cost though, but understand that they charge for location and being that it’s walking distance to the convention centre, it’s understandable. But the room was still expensive for what you get. Everything else was nice.

Floors were dirty with lots of hair from previous occupents.
Bathroom ceiling had much mildew -- needs better ventilation.
Staff was very helpful.

This property is not far from a Metro line, which was GREAT. The property grounds could use some TLC as it looks grubby and unkempt. The interior spaces were good, clean and nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was nothing special.

The hotel has good value for money, it is not far from a train station, but it does not offer Wi-Fi in the room. Interned nowadays is as important as power or water. It should be a MUST in any hotel.

We stayed 2 nights prior to getting on a cruise. The hotel was outdated. The rooms were in poor condition. There was no in room wifi even though it says it when you book. There is no safe or drawers in the room. A small hanging bar with 5 hangers and a small shelf. The bathroom was very outdated. They had an all in one wash in the shower. No lotion either.
