Great hotel in a handy location. Rooms are great and the pool is a decent size -19 metres. My only issue is the water pressure was a bit low, shower was underwhelming

Spa was great. Room and bed was excellent, very comfortable, location was very good, staff friendly and helpful. Bar food wasn’t too good for us, prefer to eat outside hotel. Would recommend.

We were greeted at the car by Wayne the bellman, he was in a full kilt and was incredibly welcoming, helpful with suggestions of what to do with a map of the best locations to go. We ate twice in the restaurant, the service and food were incredible we also ordered room service, it arrived very quickly and still hot. Every staff member was friendly and courteous, I couldn’t fault them for anything.

Good but not excellent. Noise level between rooms on the same floor was unacceptable. I could hear my next door neighbour. Staff was responsive and attended to all requests admirably. But hotel needs a lift in terms of renovation; the carpets were worn and in need to replacement.

came here for a spa day / night on our honeymoon and loved it. The breakfast was delicious, the staff was very sweet and room was beautiful, clean and spacious.

Really friendly and welcoming staff on reception, fantastic room with views as requested when booking - the room was spacious, airy and the bed supremely comfortable. Great bathroom and the perfect stay for a Concert in the Usher Hall across the road. We enjoyed a drink in the bar on our return. Staff on reception at check out were warm and friendly again.
We did not use the Spa or restaurant on this visit but I would have no hesitation returning to this lovely hotel or recommending to others.
