Excellent staff with great service

Everything here is great, I didn’t eat at the restaurant so can’t comment on food The rooms are not sound proof

Buffet restaurant is right in the lobby, unpleasant and overpowering smell of food at check in. Rolling luggages on carpet is not super fun, specially doing it a few times in a row after a long day of travel after being given the wrong room first. Cost of breakfast, $33, is a little ridiculous. The MRT station is a good 5 minute walk, but keep in mind that it still takes at least another 7+ minutes to walk in the station to board the train itself. Nothing special about the location itself either, wish we would have stayed somewhere else. Room is not big enough to open up 2 luggages on the floor; tight space for sure. Nothing grand about this hotel. The filtered drinking station in the room was nice to have. Gym opened 24hr is also a nice thing.

The room was more spacious and cleaner than before. Better value for money in the peer group

Didn’t like it.

Vincent, the doorman, greeted us with a smile, and was very helpful. Likewise, all the staff was professional and nice, especially Shirley at the front desk.

Great room at a good price with close access to the metro. Can walk in area with food options in abundance. Staff was always very helpful.
