This La Siesta in Hoi An has everything you could ever want. From the moment we arrived we felt like we were special guests. We stayed at the resort three nights. My favorites at La Siesta Hoi An: 1. Customer service 2. Bed 3. At least three pools including an adult only pool 4. Daily breakfast was good and plentiful 5. Bars serves good drinks 6. Hotel is far enough away from city center to be pretty quiet. 7. Small store next door 8. Off-site laundry across the street.

Absolutely perfect! The staff, rooms, and location was amazing!

We had a wonderful stay here. Ms. Tran and Mr. Cuong looked after us so well during our stay here in Hoi An. Our rooms were spacious and directly access to the infinity pool, we just walked out and had our morning swimming everyday! The hotel room were included breakfast and the breakfast were so good. We will definitely come back and stay in this hotel again when we visit Hoi An!

Fantastic place to stay with lovely garden and pool area. Infinity pool looking over paddy fields. Stayed in club room with direct access to pool, was fantastic being able to step out to pool. Club rooms have separate breakfast area to classic rooms. Easy access into town. Fantastic stay

Super hotel with great food choices, staff were very helpful

Disappointing stay – look elsewhere for better value. We recently stayed at La Siesta in Hoi An. While the accommodation was clean, the pools were cloudy every single day and completely uninviting. Worse, the pavers are incredibly slippery. My wife fell walking to a sunbed, and management offered no courtesy drinks or apology, they did bring her ice to put on her ankle though. They have anti-slip matting at the main pool, but nothing at the other two. The adult pool lacks sunbeds, and the layout blocks ground-floor terraces. The hotel policies are frustrating. Happy hour times differ at every bar, which is a strange setup and frustrating as it was at 16:00, 16:30. Pool drinks are pricey. We got the feeling the staff were constantly watching us because I bought soda water from the shop next door to bring poolside (they moved the CCTV camera so they cold see our sunbeds lol). Our room was just ok, but the AC was very noisy when set to cold on full fan. Breakfast was nothing special, featuring identical dishes several mornings in a row. The last courtesy bus to Hoi An Old Town is at 3pm, which is useless for dinner or seeing the lanterns. Overall, it was just an ok stay. We chose to check out early and spent our last day in Da Nang. Would we stay here again? Absolutely not. We previously stayed at The Saga on the other side of Hoi An, which was a far better hotel for half the price. Save your money and go elsewhere. Don't believe the hype.

A perfect place to see Hoi Ann! Gorgeous property, pools and restaurants. Shuttle to the beach with access to a beach club with infinity pool and lounge chairs. Free bikes to explore the rice fields. Don’t hesitate to book!

La Siesta Hoi An exceeded every expectation. The attention to detail, warm hospitality, and tranquil atmosphere made our stay unforgettable. Every staff member was professional and genuinely caring, the facilities were immaculate, and the dining experience was excellent. A perfect blend of luxury and authentic Vietnamese charm. We cannot wait to return.
