Amazing breakfast and kind, helpful staff. Good location.

Lovely Hotel in short walking distance to the old town. Rooms were great as were the hotel pools and roof top bar. We had the executive lounge package which was excellent. Buffet breakfast was awesome.Staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We will be back.

The staff are very friendly with great customer service, and attentive to details. The room was clean and fully stocked with complimentary bottle water, soda and beers. hotel amenities were perfect with a lovely rooftop pool & bar, and beautiful view of the city. The breakfast food selection was absolutely amazing and delicious at the restaurant. The spa and spa services were great and a very relaxing experience. A wonderful couples getaway! Will definitely return to Hotel Royal Hoi An.

We loved our stay. The hotel is beautiful, we especially liked the huge comfortable bed and variety at breakfast. Quick walk to the old town and beautiful view out the window!

Excellent location, friendly staff, facilities excellent

We loved our stay at the Royal HoiAn. The breakfast was wonderful! Can't compliment the door Men enough, they were not only helpful but knew more then reception staff on where to go and how to get there! Our room in the old quarter was beautiful and the view amazing, would have been nice to have chairs on balcony. Our only con was the executive lounge, no coffee or tea through the day and stale snacks. They also don't do afternoon tea as advertised on their website, but the cocktails were great. Nice and quiet and definitely we orth staying.

The room and amenities were good but the room was a little warm in the evening without the ability to change the temperature. Service and food were amazing.

Nothing negative at all that I can think of with this hotel. Great location, wonderfully helpful staff and an absolutely stunning rooftop bar and pool alone worth the booking. Will definitely return…

The staff were very helpful. Beautiful property with a nice rooftop bar & pool. Room was nice & comfortable. Make sure to visit the sister property the Wyndham Hoi An Royal Beachfront Resort for a relaxing beach outing. Would highly recommend this hotel!
