Excellent hotel, very good vibes

Nice spacious room and lovely breakfast. Staff all very accommodating. Able to have use of beach club which was a nice way to relax. Good lication

We loved our stay here! The staff was really friendly and helpful. We loved the pool and happy hour. They were under construction so a bit noisy, but had compliments to make up for it. Vietnam is under a lot of construction, so hard to avoid. The room felt a little hot, hard to get the AC to run properly. We loved the laundry service where they sent it to a local business for super cheap.

Duyen at front desk immediately made us feel welcome. Beautiful room, tasty breakfast with lots of choices. We enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea. Great location

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Breakfast was delicious, the staff were exceptional and the location perfect. The spa, gym and pool were all lovely.

First off, they sold the room we booked and gave us a room in the front of the hotel which is definitely not as nice as the rear of the hotel. They told me they were "upgrading" my room instead giving me the room that I booked facing the river. The front view is a drainage ditch not a river! This experience aggravated me so I agreed to take the lesser room the first night and move to a better room the next two nights. The staff here is very task oriented and not service oriented. The location is not optimum and you have to walk a short distance though a trashy part of town to get to the tourist walking area. They don't offer a shuttle or buggy for this and they definitely should! In both rooms the showers were a bit moldy and the rooms are not soundproof for TVs etc. Other than those things the hotel is ok. I would look at other options for Hoi An but if you like this location it's an ok place to stay. If you want a good view make sure you request a room facing the big river at the rear of the hotel on a high floor!

Everything was great, except the hall were hot as the outside temperature. It was also weird that all the doors are open with air-conditioning on fans blowing the air around. It was comfortable, but it was weird to have everything open and then using energy to cool the place where the door is open. Don’t understand.I’m

Nice and lush pool area, great breakfast, friendly staff. The room is spacious. What could be better is having A/C in the hallways and at the gym. The bed was really firm, like sleeping on wood. The staff did put a topper on, which made it a little more comfortable.
