Our room unfortunately had curtains that did not cover the window. They only pulled across half of the window/glass door. We were in a room near the pool and therefor people could see into our room. It also meant a very bright room at night due to resort lighting. The room was not cleaned properly and rubbish from previous guest was found in the bathroom and under bed. Otherwise the amenities and staff were greats

Great for family with young kids.

Great place for families. Everything in one place. Great value with the theme park tickets.

A good resort for a family stay

The tap in our bathroom wasn't exactly working great, needs fixing. apparently we got a room upgrade... Room was clean and tidy, there's tea and coffee no hot chocolate ,Stay was ok nothing too amazing. Breakfast buffet was average not a huge selection, was ok. However We enjoyed the deal with free entry to theme parks .

Kids loved the breakfast

Very clean, staff are friendly and accomodating. They even upgraded our room with no extra cost. We book at seaworld for 3 consecutive years but my kids still and always excited about everytime. We will definitely book again next time. Thank you seaworld!

Welcoming staff upon arrival, room was very clean. Family of 4 2 adults 2 kids it was nice to come back to a clean room after a long day out at the theme parks. Breakfast buffet was good, we didn't get sick of it at all during our 6 days staying here. We got the stay + free entry to theme parks + buffet breakfast. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurants had enough variety and better pricing than in the park. We enjoyed our stay at SeaWorld Resort!

If you want easy access to SeaWorld Theme Park- then do it. Otherwise, don’t bother. The staff - particularly the managers - are abhorrent and rude. We checked into our room to find a broken toilet seat, bugs flying around and thick black hair all throughout the shower. Disgusting and insanitary. It’s unknown if the shower or bathroom was cleaned after the previous guests. When I flagged the issues and spoke with Suzanna (manager), she turned the tables on me and made it out to be my fault that we had a “do not disturb” sign on the door and for that reason she couldnt send someone to clean it - instead of just taking accountability and being apologetic. The dinner from Melrose (Italian) had hair in it and they failed to give us our ice cream with the kids meals! The line for the buffet breakfast was so incredibly long that we couldn’t even have breakfast on the morning of our flight. When I asked management if they could grab my children a banana or something to eat on the way to the airport, they scoffed at me and said no. I asked whether the buffet breakfast I paid for would be forfeited despite the insanely long queues - the response from Monika was “yep”. Who then proceeded to laugh and talk about me as I walked away. I ended up with a small refund but I’m still gobsmacked by the behaviour of management and the overall sanitary issues. What is simply business to them, was a long awaited holiday for us. They should be ashamed of themselves.
