Super Great stay in the heart of Atlanta!!!

Female Bar tender on Thursday night, 6-25-26 was very rude.

The hotel was okay

The property can use some upgrades in the rooms

Always a great stay! Only thing I didn’t like was checking out to go home, because I never like to leave! My favorite hotel ever!!

This is a great example of post-modern architecture - and one of my favorite places to stay in Atlanta.

Booked a studio suite. The pictures online made the suite look like it was a big space but after seeing it in person, it was so small especially the bathroom. I came in to a blocked bathroom sink, small pillows, not enough towels and the chrome cast TV in the room and living room were not working. I was also expecting a kitchen sink in the living room area but there was nothing. I spent most of my time contacting the help desk to get housekeeping and engineering instead of relaxing after a long and scary flight as I flew in during the storm. I was so frustrated and annoyed by the whole experience. Good thing is, my requests were granted promptly and they all apologized for the inconvenience. However, I couldn’t help but feel sad I had to experience all that on the first day after checking in. Luckily, I did my own checks of the room and noticed these loopholes. Overall, the hotel is aesthetically pleasing but I don’t think I would be coming back.
