The room was acceptable although there was no air conditioning. The temperature outside was in the mid 30's, there were builders working in the room directly above our room with constant crashing and banging, one afternoon the hot water was turned off. Upon our late arrival at the apartment at 11am, due to a flight cancelation, beyond our control which had caused us to spend over 20 hours overnight at two airports, the front office woman greeted us with distain and told us our room would not be ready for another four hours, realising our anguish, yet disinterested in our plight. However, another attendant overheard our concerns and immediately presented us with a key to our room on the 7th floor. There was no lobby attendant, so we were left to manhandle our luggage of four cases to our room. I am 81 years of age and my wife is 78, there seemed to be no respect for our age or circumstances ! Regarding the room. The kitchen was very acceptable as was the toilet, however, the heat in the room caused us to have all windows wide open through the night and bear the discomfort of the heat!

The rooms have no ac and wasnt listed on the descriptions. The lift wasnt working for our entire time we stayed there that made extremely difficult to carry out luggage to higher levels of the building and no help or support provided. Lastly, we asked for crib for our baby, even though we have booked the room with included child that was no support to have a solution to provide a bed for my infant.

A decent enough room for a night in London, but bed and bathroom were small, and the room quite stuffy. Bathroom could do with some attention as paint peeling off the door and limescale on the sink and shower. Toiletries provided are not very good quality.

If you want to be close to the museums in Kensington, this is a good location. However, for the week that we were there, the main lift was broken. Guests complained but nothing happened, the lift was never repaired for the duration of our stay. There is also no air-conditioning. We could open the windows, but bugs flew in and we found them on our pillows and bedsheets. The windows were streaked and our view of London in the distance is besmirched. A request was made to clean the windows but no action was taken. Rooms were clean only every other day and requesting more towels will incur additional charges. It turned out to be quite a disappointing stay for us.

The place has no AC and during the biggest heatwave in London it would have been nice to know. I ended up getting heat stroke and had to move hotels

Starting to go downhill, looking shabby and the lifts don't work

the place is generally good in terms of location, cleanness, and staff. i would definitely come back again. couple downsides : elevator is super tiny barely fit 4 people with no luggage, there were only one elevator working during our stay for some reason, we had to climb stairs pretty much the whole time, could be a big problem for older people. noise from street is very loud even past mid night. it probably because it’s a london thing, but if you are a light sleeper, ask for a room not facing street.
