良い Old and not very clean. Poor amenities and the bathroom is not good

Convenient location but this is falsely advertised as a 5 star hotel which it most certainty isn’t. Plastic furniture and dusty air con together with tiny lift and lots of stairs are very disappoining

Good sized room. Quiet. Comfy bed.
Bathroom was a good size and very clean. We were on 4th floor and there is a small lift which we were grateful to use!
Friendly staff.
Good breakfast and lovely lady serving.

Room needed more cleaning. Balcony not as per photo - only one chair & overgrown vegetation.
Bath panel very high & a challenge to those with restricted mobility.
The lift does not access the dining room which is in the basement & only accessible via narrow steep stairs - again a challenge to those with restricted mobility.
No extractor fan in small bathroom & meant the mirror was useless after a shower/bath.
The bath did not drain adequately after/ during a shower meaning you were shin deep in dirty water.

Nice enough hotel in a great location. Clean room with a lovely little balcony, tiny bathroom and small TV. Overall look and feel of the hotel is tired and lacks the charm it used to have many years ago, but is fine as a simple place to stay in a great area. Staff friendly and welcoming.

Conveniently located but tired rooms and en-suite. A little attention/spruce would make a big difference and give a more luxurious feel.
