They kitchen supplies are kind of lacking, since we book it so we can cook. Neighborhood has little to offer. But it is nice there is a grocery store store that will deliver and a pharmacy.

This was the second time for us to stay at this hotel. It was great, clean well maintained, and always well supplied. I really love the location the place itself and the convenient.

Excellent customer service on par with Four Seasons and the Ritz. Will stay again if the opportunity arises.

Minimal apartment amenities. Had to ask for the basics., dish and laundry soap, kitchen towels etc. Facility not cleaned properly. Dirty towels in the bathroom. Mold in the showers. Found a coffee cup in the cupboard that had a packet of pills left in it. Notified the front desk of the problems. Minimal corrections. Breakfast was included but the information was not giving to the restaurant. Embarrassing. A major disconnect between the front office and housekeeping. No level of compensation was offered. I only found one hotel during my travels in turkiye that was decent and that was in Adana. What this accomodation promotes is not what you get. To far from attractions. Minimal restaurant choice's. I would look at other options.

Staff, shops nearby and clean room.

Very large space and beautiful view from our 47th floor apartment. Many options for food, shopping and other services very close to the two Fraser towers. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Istanbul.
