The staff can’t speak English. The blanket has some stains on it The sink has some stains on it as well The bed was not comfortable at all The coffee mug was dirty They didn’t help us carry our bags they have to do that They didn’t show us the room that we were gonna stay in. We had to find it on our own. The staff was really asking for us to stay in a specific room that we didn’t want and we told her a multiple times that we didn’t want to stay in there and she kept on asking us if we wanted to stay there and she ignored our questions Mini bar was empty

Staff here were not the friendliest and they seemed to apply rules arbitrarily. We were asked to pay a cash deposit for the minibar services as soon as we walked in. It was lots of small things like that that just made the overall experience negative and inconvenient. We sat in the lobby for 30 minutes and witnessed a screaming fight between a staff member and hotel guest. Not an ideal stay and would advise to look elsewhere.

The hotel was nice and price was great but it was a little isolated.

First of all, Mr. Burak at the reception completed my check-in process very quickly and politely. The hotel is very well-maintained. The rooms are very good and quiet. I had my breakfast at the open buffet, which was very delicious and had a lot of food options. I definitely recommend it.

Great hotel and staff. Only a 5mins walk to the metro. And then easy access to the fantastic sights.

Okay, front desk staff didn't had a water bottle for us.

It was one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in, and i do travel alot. The service was amazing, the crew was polite and helpful, had an amazing swimming pool. And there was a receptionist (Yağmur) she was the sweetest and most helpful, no matter what it was.
