Most incredible place you could possibly stay

I would suggest giving out every family a map of the resort and the park. It would be helpful to organize the stay and maximize use of the amenities and have a memorable thing for the kids to keep One thing to improve is the super hot tiles outside in the park…

Our family recently stayed at Atlantis The Palm, and it was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. The staff were outstanding throughout our stay—friendly, professional, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. Their warmth and attention made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. Our package included breakfast and dinner buffets, and the food was excellent. The variety was impressive, everything was beautifully prepared, and every meal was a pleasure for both adults and children. The housekeeping team was exceptional. Our room seemed to be refreshed two or three times a day, and they constantly added thoughtful touches that made our stay special. They often left treats for our children, neatly organized the snacks on our table, and even arranged our shoes. These small details showed an incredible level of care and attention. One of the best things about the resort is how much there is to do without ever leaving the property. The water park, swimming pools, aquarium, indoor shopping area, and numerous family- and kid-friendly activities kept our entire family entertained throughout our stay. What impressed us most was the consistency of the service. Every member of staff we encountered helped create a memorable and enjoyable experience for our family. Atlantis The Palm exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to families and anyone looking for a world-class resort experience in Dubai.

The overall was good, but I believe the hotel requirements renovation, especially the rooms carpets. Also the guests should be inducted upon check-in on the hotels amenities and what is included during the stay ! We stayed 2 nights and we were lost on what should we do with our 2 kids.

Amazing

It doesn't worth the price

Atlantis, The Palm delivered an exceptional family experience, seamlessly blending world class luxury with unforgettable moments for every generation. Our 6 yearold daughter was utterly delighted throughout our stay, and the water park was an absolute highlight offering endless excitement in an extraordinary setting. Nobu was, as expected, impeccable, and the spa provided a serene and indulgent retreat that perfectly complemented the energy of the resort. A truly iconic destination that combines sophistication, impeccable service, and remarkable experiences with effortless elegance.

Check in is terrible but the rest of the stay is wonderful.

Breakfast menus were great, with a nice variety, and with everything fresh!
