Decent property, enjoyed our stay

The staff was hands down the best I ever dealt with in any hotel I have stayed at. The girls in housekeeping were very very nice. The property overall is a little dated but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and will consider it for future visits. We were 20 min from boats 20-25 min to soldier field it's a great location if you want to go to the festivals or a concert nearby!

Had I known property condition would have stayed elsewhere.

It was a great location. Not all rooms have fridge or microwave so be aware of that.

The staff were amazing, friendly, and very helpful. The cleaning lady was also wonderful and kept everything clean and comfortable. However, the air conditioning needs maintenance or an upgrade because it was very loud.

Paid for deluxe double room that should have slept 4 people. It was one room with two full size beds which are small. Hall ways smelled like mildew and carpet in rooms look grow. Not worth almost 600 a night. Room was clean and staff were nice was the only good thing i can say.

Ideal central location.

Start with the good. Check in easy (although needed to see my ID even though I'd sent it via their checkin app - so just duplicating check-in, a bit pointless). Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel in a good area for train stations, local bars, resturants and tourism areas. Not so good. Windows were single glazzed with botton panes replace by thin board to accomodate (noisy) air con. Due to the board and glazing the noise from outside was loud (despite being on top floor). Very difficult to sleep with constant train noise (close to tracks) and sirens, traffic etc! Despite being a double room only one coffeee left each day (which was forgotton on my last day, so none left at all!). Shampoo and conditioner also ran out during my final shower, so they are obviously not monitored daily either. Therefore, housekeeping could be improved. Reasonably good value. However, if I could find a similalr priced place nearby I would probably stay there, rather than here.
