Beautiful modernised Georgian building, marble floored and wooden revolving doors to reception, well mainted and beautifully appointed as you would expect. Helpful staff and plenty of easy access car parking for a centralised Birmingham hotel. Location is the key, 20 minutes walk takes you directly to the centre and the Bull Ring with high street shopping, positioned just outside to the left is the local tramstop (Edgbaston Village) and to the right a rail connection (Five Ways, Midland Rail), whilst driving brings you directly A4540 inner ringroad. Edgbaston cricket stadium is a good walk but still only circa 30 minutes away, whilst a plethera of resturants, bars and pubs are 5 to 10 minutes walk down Broad Street. Pleasant large double room with all the mod cons, clean airy bathroom with both bath and shower.

On arrival, we were greeted by a lovely gentleman who checked us in and helped with parking. All staff were incredibly friendly, and nothing was too much trouble, Our room was spacious, well equipped and very comfortable.

Staff in the restaurant every morning were exceptionally friendly and helpful with any request. Breakfast selection was varied and plenty full. Rooms were clean and tidy. Staff on reception were friendly on arrival and on departure

Great location for town and the university for a graduation event. Bar man and gym staff were a bit grumpy but reception were helpful.

Stayed overnight with friends who were visiting. Our room was a good size, bathroom was clean and tidy.

Reception well maintained. Breakfast quite expensive for what it was. Disappointed to find out that a roll away bed is an extra £20. No mention of that on the website when we booked. Pillows in room are terrible Room is clean, bathroom a little tired Nice that there's a water refill station in reception Able to park, although there isn't a huge number of spaces Walking distance to the Utilita Arena (20mins or so) but far enough away to not hear the night life noise. Pleasant stay for one night for events at the Utilita

Very pleasant, stylish property with excellent staff. We didn’t use any of the facilities but our room and the ambiance of the hotel were impressive. Parking at the hotel and convenient access into Birmingham on foot or by public transport.
