最高 The staff was excellent and very accommodating. We arrived early and they were able to check us in right away. The location is very central and convenient. The rooms had just been renovated and were beautiful. The hotel was under construction but it did not bother us.

This hotel was an excellent choice. The location cannot be better. Easy walking to everything nearby, but also quiet and outside the main hustle-bustle. The staff printed our concert tickets for us, gave us great suggestions, and even dropped off a birthday card and treat. (They must have seen it on my passport.)
We're not big breakfast eaters, and the Backwerk across the street was perfect for a quick pastry or yogurt and cappuccino.

We stayed at this location for three days. It’s very clean and close to the old town. Most attractions are walking distance. Staff are friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

The room was very beautiful, as we got a free upgrade. It was an amazing time, but the staff were a bit unresponsive. Good location, but overpriced.

Great location across from the Mirabell and excellent transport links. The hotel is clean and well-organized and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. My room was spacious, with a/c and a good bathroom/shower.

最高 The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and fit our group well. The location is super convenient and walkable. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

最高 Beautifully updated hotel in a great location, right across the street from the Mirabell gardens. Our suite was quiet, roomy, comfortable and tastefully renovated with upscale finishes. The breakfast was tasty with lots of options and attentive service. Overall, really enjoyable experience, would definitely stay again.
