Nice V good Like it Good for family

(positives). Brand new international standard hotel, 2 minute taxi ride from the Airport. Beds are great. Walk-in shower is very ‘on trend’. US $50 a night, for a basic room is good value. (could be improved) Add a make-up / shaving light over the bathroom sink’s mirror. Add a fire-exit map on the back of the room door. Add fire/emergency/exit signage in the corridors. Add Snacks/drinks & price list, in the empty mini-bar or Add info about Uber Eats ( as no restaurants in the hotel). (negatives) none.

We had a great stay at the Colombo international airport hotel staff was excellent, hotel was only open for two months but everyone was so helpful specially beno abron gentleman who helped us through out the stay was so great

Nice and spacious room, nice staff but checking in could be more efficient. It takes 5 mins drive to the airport, not really walkable. The hotel charges US$5 for airport shuttle.

Hotel reception area is very nice and brand new. Staff are also nice. Because it’s a new hotel the air in the bedroom smell dusty which made it somewhat uncomfortable. I booked a room with city view but I could only see a warehouse and a forest from my room on the 6th floor.

Brand new hotel, up to standards of what a routine traveller would expect. Price was deff worth it. Quiet / clean / comfortable Free airport transfer a plus.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The hotel is still under construction. As a result we heard drills and hammering until after 1am. Phone not connected. Wifi passwords all confused and no one to help. After 2hrs sleep as we had an early flight, I informed the staff at checkout of poor quality stay. They agreed about noise from builders and said others had complained. I asked for manager to folllow up- Nothing!!! I asked Expedia to follow up- and they denied any building going on. Plain lying!!! How disgusting to treat customers this way. AVOID THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP!!!
