Amazing value ! Nice large rooms too perfect for 4 people

Went as a family trip. We were a total of 5 people and the eoom was comfortable to fit all of us. Very spacious and beds were comfortable.

My family of 5 stayed here for our very first international trip to Japan. The room was luxurious, spacious, and comfortable. It had all the basic necessities that we needed. The hot tub was a nice bonus after those long days of walking and getting around Kyoto. The hotel was about a 10 min walk to the nearest bus stations and train stations. We highly recommend staying here for your next Kyoto trip.

Very spacious, the exact location is a bit awkward, need cross a small bridge and sometimes the taxi driver got confused.

I appreciated that the size of the room. I was impressed with a separate mini kitchen, full bath, double sink, living area, separate bedroom. It was the most spacious and well layed out hotel room I have ever stayed at. There were 4 automatic coin laundry washer and dryer. If clothes needed more dry time, they had a clothing rack and hooks in the room. Also enjoyed the well pressured shower system. Location is fantastic too. Can easily take either the local bus or train to most destinations. Will be sure to stay here again at my next visit

First of all. I reserved a one bedroom executive suite with a hot tub. Based on the photos available on the site, I did not expect the “hot tub” to be a small, jetted bathtub that was too small to fit in. The price was excellent and the room was great, other than the hot tub. I would stay there again! I liked being able to cook in the kitchen and it was convenient to the subway and many places to eat and shop. The overall experience was very good, but I would expect more clarity on the website as to what the rooms actually offer. Thank you!
