The staff are so nice and very helpful. We have a bigger room and I like it that it has a washer and dryer. And the toilet has its own room separate from the shower room.

The location is not as close to Kyoto station as I expected. But it can be a pleasant walk if you don’t have to carry baggage.
It is important to be close to Kyoto Station. It provides different route on train and buses.
Shopping, restaurants and entertainment are around it.
The bus stop in front of hotel can be useful too
The hotel does provide shuttle to Golden Temple in the morning
The clothes don’t get dry unless you put very few. The hangers which it provides help a lot.
The receptionists don’t speak English well but okay in communication
Kitchen is good even though I didn’t cook. It does have a good size refrigerator
Suggest to have a better quality of towel
Generally speaking, it worths the cost

The staff was exceptional, especially when we had an issue with the AC. The shuttle bus was appreciated and so convenient. Our family enjoyed our stay very much.
