宿、食事共最高でした。 セキュリティがしっかりしていて戸惑いがありました。

新しいホテルということもあり、とても綺麗で部屋や屋上からの眺めが良かったです。 また、食事のビュッフェを美味しくいただき、温泉を満喫できてとても癒されました。 ホテルの周辺や熱海駅近くの商店街には沢山のお店があり、食べ歩きなどで満喫できました。

とても綺麗で、セキュリティも万全。オールインクルーシブなので、お酒を含めて楽しませていただきました。 テラスの露天風呂も檜の香りが良く、何度も入浴しました。 バスマットの場所が分かりにくく、室内シャワーのマットを持ってきてしまいました。 のんびり、ゆっくりと過ごすことができました。

Great view and big room.

Clean, high-tech (ricebot, luggage checking machines, and box elevator from 6th floor to the beach side street), great location, and great buffet! Enjoyed every bit of this place! And yes u definitely recommend to anyone!

La Vista Atami is an absolutely stunning hotel where no detail has been overlooked. The property is beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean and offers a peaceful atmosphere throughout. The public indoor and outdoor baths are spectacular and the private baths and spa facilities provide the perfect opportunity to relax and unwind. The hotel is ideally located directly opposite Sun Beach, offering beautiful views and easy access to the waterfront. Despite being situated on a hill, the hotel is very accessible thanks to its convenient slope lift, which provides easy access to the beach, local restaurants and nearby shops. The buffet breakfast and dinner were exceptional, offering a wonderful selection of both Japanese and Western dishes to suit all tastes. Overall, La Vista Atami exceeded our expectations and provided a luxurious and memorable stay. We would not hesitate to return.

Overall, the stay was disappointing. On the positive side, the onsen was lovely and the attendant on the ladies side was very helpful. That said, nothing is available until 3 and you have to rush to make an on-site reservation for the open air area after 3 (there was not an option to reserve prior to 3). The front desk staff provided inconsistent information on check in and was initially unhelpful in storing luggage that did not fit in the automated storage machine. Bottom line, do not arrive prior to the stated check-in time. Additionally, the room was on par with a low cost motel. The beds were very hard and the pillows flat ( only 1 per bed provided). The shower was a pre-fab very small stall that looked like a mobile home shower. The balcony, though advertised as ocean view, overlooked a bus parking lot and busy street with a view of the water behind the noisy areas. The balcony and tub on the balcony were likewise very small. The room and facilities were simply not worth the price point. If you are looking for a higher end stay in Atami, look elsewhere.

Very nice rooms but hard to find out which room has a bath with spring water or just hot water. Luckily we were able to upgrade to the one with the spring water but hope it will be notated clearly about this at booking site. Breakfast was wonderful but should let us book a reservation or limit numbers of people in buffet area. It got so busy at the beginning and was hard to move around the buffet area.

Wonderful experience. The room was exceptional and very clean. The view of the ocean added to the peacefulness we experienced during our stay.
