Room was in a great location and very clean

Nice staff great room right in amstetdam

Loved the location. The staff were super helpful. The shower pressure was fantastic. The bed was super clean and comfy. Down side: it’s impossible to have a shower with out getting the floor wet and the carpet is a bit old. I would stay again for sure.

The hotel was super conveniently located. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, especially the bathroom, air-conditioning was fine and it was nice to hang out in the lobby and get some refreshing water while waiting to go to Amsterdam Central. The only thing that stood out as an anomaly against all of the other really nice qualities of the property is the carpet in the halls—it was worn out and should be replaced or something, but it that was the only striking thing that I noticed that didn’t fit with the rest of the property or my experience. I would definitely recommend and I would stay there again 100%.

Has AC most don’t. Cute and clean. Has a lift

We arrived before check in and they stored our luggage while we walked around the city. They let us check in at 11am. We were on the 4th floor and the elevator only goes to three. They helped us get our bags upstairs. We really enjoyed staying there, it is so convenient to some great restaurants, the train station and the city center. Highly recommended.

Old site,old rugs, light switch does not work, not lamps by bed as shown in pictures, bed sheets not changed when room cleaning, mild in shower, toilet flush partially broken Site close to train station, lots of street noise.Nice staff, 24 hour desk is good.

Pros for the Hotel Luxer: super helpful front desk staff; air conditioning, and central location Cons: rooms are small, this is an older hotel and shows it, and cleaning staff are not consistent.

Really great hotel. Although in a popular tourist area I was there mid week for business and it was a calm safe area on the street itself not loud at all. But what really makes it a great hotel is the staff and the attention to detail. There is always coffee available and bar drinks even after the bar closes. They will bring them to your room on request. Although I didn't use this service myself it was a good extra touch.

The room wasn't vacuumed either day. We were there and also, the desk was never clean. There was crumbs on it when we got there and there was crumbs on it when we left And they're all over the floor too. The room was very noisy and we had trouble sleeping.Because people were in the halls, talking and coming in at one o'clock in the morning
