Room was never made up nor towels exchanged.

Nice suite, very clean. Good breakfast. About 9 mins walk to the closest train station.

We loved the location. We felt that we had access to anything we needed during our stay. Breakfast was great and we appreciated the variety of items provided.

Clean and has AC.

Unfortunately, our stay got off to a very poor start. Although check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 p.m., our room wasn’t ready until 5:00 p.m. While we appreciated the complimentary drink offered as compensation, a two-hour delay is simply not acceptable. To make matters worse, our room (1131 on the 11th floor) had no hot water in the shower at around 7:00 p.m on Tuesday. It was impossible to wash my hair, which made for a very frustrating and unexpected experience. The hotel itself is nice, but these two issues overshadowed everything else. One more thing to keep in mind: the hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the city centre, and you’ll also need to take a ferry to get there. If you have mobility issues or prefer to stay right in the city centre, this may not be the best location for you.

Room was good for air conditioning, but entirely the place needs to be updated and cleaned thoroughly.

Had a wonderful 4 night stay at Holiday inn. The staff are courteous and welcoming. The rooms and the property is clean. The breakfast was comforting and good as well. Very happy and satisfied with the stay and highly recommend.

The hotel was a convenient 12 min walk to the free ferry that takes to straight to the center of it all and centraal station. The breakfast was good and had plenty of options, the only complaint I would have is we were told upon checkout that if we needed our room cleaned to notify reception which we did on day 2 first thing in the morning as we left for the day. Upon coming back we come to a room that was not cleaned and no towels. We call reception and get transferred to a from different people, finally we get a housekeeper and because of the language barrier we only managed to get towels, but after that 3-4 more people come with towels. I'm not sure where the miscommunication was but that was the only upsetting factor on this trip.
