Great location, 15 -20 walk to three different train stations and different train lines. Staff were very helpful in arranging taxis to airport.

Room had a musty smell and we were given a fabric deodorizer to help, carpets were dirty looking but the room was huge.

I like hotel but location is not good

Probably won’t say there again.

The hotel is not in walking distance to anything. There were trains and subways within a 5 minute walk but you need to take mass transit options or a taxi to anything in Shibuya, Shinjuku or any where in Tokyo. There are restaurants nearby that you can walk to. The hotel itself is dated and the common areas were musty smelling and the carpets were badly stained. The room however very clean. The staff did a nice job in their efforts to make us happy and comfortable

The room was clean; the staff were kind and helpful. The air conditioning worked great and the area was quiet to get rest in the evenings. The location is great if you’re trying to do day trips out of Shinjuku station or the shopping and nightlife of Shibuya.

Love that the room was spacious and actually had a true king bed (seems to be a rare find on our trip). A bus right outside the hotel brought us easily to the Shibuya area. Otherwise travelling from a subway station nearby was easy access, although we found the Keo line confusing. But coming back to this hotel was a nice piece of relaxation. The rooftop area is also a nice touch.

Great location, with bus right out front that easily gets you to Shibuya Crossing! All staff lovely and eager to help if necessary. Unfortunately the rooftop terrace is lacking maintenance, half the potted plants have expired and been left looking unsightly. Our room came with a huge watermark/ wetspot across bedroom floor which looked dirty and a wall vent above the bed that had black greasy lint adorning it… Loved the quirky interior design.
